Even though these look like the ones you buy at a spa store, they are not compatible like they say. Used ours and the salt system messed up on our hot.tub and resulted in a service call. We were told they are refurbished and it fell apart.

Work perfectly for our hotspring tub and much cheaper than buying through the spa store. Will definitely favorite this for future purchase.

My bad for trying non-named brand. It messed our hot tub water up as far as keeping the water neutral.

These cartridges have been advertised to work with the Hot Springs spa's. The advertising is completely fraudulent. I purchase them and neither of the two cartridges lasted more than one hour. It's a rip off so please beware. This product should be taken off of Amazon or the advertising for the product should be completely altered.

Absolute junk. One lasted two months the other three weeks. You get what you pay for.

Do not buy!!! These cartridges did not last a month. Just enough to not be able to get a refund
