機能性ハンドグリップ。【良い】・フル金属製、ステンレスやアルミなど錆びに強い金属、錆に強い、丸洗いもOK・強度が調整可能、25-90kgまで調整可能、子供からアスリートの筋力まで使える・開き度合いが調整可能、子供からアスリートの手の大きさまで使える・設定の変更はレバー操作で簡単、速やかに行える【気になる】・5年保証いらないからもうちょい安くしてくれませんか！？ゴリラじゃなければ壊せないくらいは頑丈ですよ・スタンド付き。おしゃれな外見なので立てて飾れるのも良いのですが、トレーニングするからにはグリップ部を掴むので、収納の向きを逆にしたほうがより機能的だと思うのですが・グリップのエクステンダーが付いてますが、これ、オプションパーツでよくないですか？それともトレーニング界隈にはもっと手デカイマンがいるのでしょうか。【悪い】・グリップ部のローレットの棘が手に食い込んで痛い、筋トレより痛みに耐えるトレーニングになる3日坊主ならまだしも、こういうトレーニンググッズは、シリコンとかウレタンとかのグリップはどうせすぐダメになりますなら初めから金属のほうがよいのです。ローレット加工であることを除いて。幸いこの製品はグリップ部がアルミであるので、紙やすりなどで軽い筋トレくらいの負荷で簡単にグリップ部を削れます。丸洗いできる材質なので削った後の水洗いも心配なし。こうすることで、わたしみたいに、握力の割に繊細な素肌を持つマンでも、手への食い込みがだいぶ軽減されて、本格的なお握りトレーニングしやすくなります。

初めて本格的なハンドグリップを購入しました。スポーツジムで筋トレを初めて、前腕部を鍛えたいと思ってのですが、身の丈以上のダンベールカールのようなトレーニングをし過ぎたようで肘が痛くなってしまったので代替の鍛え方をしたい、と思い購入しました。おおよそ他の方々が書いておられる通り、同じ感想です。①何といっても持ち手部分の滑り止めギザギザ加工（ローレット、と言うんだそうです）が痛いです。　痛さ防止のために、同メーカーの別売りグリップテープが必要と書いておられる方が大勢おられて、　まずは無しで行ってみようとしましたがなかなか手が痛くて結局グリップテープを後から発注しました。　結構な痛さです。②自宅でやるのでそれほど不満はありませんが、重いのは重いですね。③簡単に負荷を変えることはできます。④見た目はかっこいいと思います。所有欲は満たせると思います。⑤まだ使用し始めで耐久性については何とも言えませんが、頑丈そうな印象です。長持ちしてくれるのではないかと思います。⑥ハンドル部分の延長部分はいらなかったのかも？これから必要になってくるのかな？おおむね満足しています。ちゃんと有効活用できるように、途中で投げ出さずに使用していきたいです。※追記別売りのテープを後日、購入して巻いてみました。滑らなく、痛さは完全に無くなったので、目的は満たしています。欠点としては、①物から考えると、少し値段が高いと思う。②説明書がない。ただテープを巻くだけですが少し分かりにくい。③巻きにくい。私が不器用なのか、上手く巻くことができずに少ししわになってしまいました。最初に付いている保護用？の透明フィルムは、粘着面だけでなく、ツブツブがついている手に当たる方の面もフィルムがありますのでそれを剝がす必要があります。本体の持ち手部分が結構痛いので、向こうを改良するか保護用に最初から何か装着するとか、わざわざ別売りの高額なテープを買わずに済むようにしてほしい。本体はまだまだ使用できるのにテープ部分が劣化してしまって巻替えたいときには別売りのテープがあることは嬉しいでしょうけどね。

負荷を細かく段階的に調整できるので、自分のレベルに合わせて無理なく鍛えられてとても良いです。また、握り幅も調整可能なので、手が小さい方でもしっかり握り込める親切な設計だと思います。あえてデメリットを挙げるなら、アルミ製のグリップなので慣れるまでは手のひらが結構痛くなります。マメができたり痛いのが心配な方は、最初からクッション（シリコン）付きのモデルを購入した方が良いかもしれません。モノ自体は非常に頑丈でとても良い商品です。
