I like that it is buffered, and the fine powder dissolves really easily. Before I had found this, I used to buy Grossan's Breathe Ease saline solution, and, though that one is OK, its larger grains take longer to dissolve than the SinuAir powder..... and by the end of the bottle, they used to be clumped a lot. I've never had SinuAir clump, even in this tall bottle. Important tip: To keep the powder from clumping, make sure that you screw on the cap each time after using this, so the salt stays dry... and, of course, don't take out the dessicant packets. Con: The only small negative of this 300 mg "jar" is its height. The scoop is shorter than the jar, so it's more of a pain to get to the last 1/3 of the bottle. The 200 mg bottle is just the right size, but more expensive. I solve this by decanting the last 1/3 into a 200 mg SinuAir bottle I had bought initially. That works perfectly. All in all, this is an excellent product. Both my kids recently had sinus surgery, so have to irrigate 2x daily to heal, and it's wonderful to have the convenience of this pre-mixed, buffered powder that dissolves easily and doesn't sting.
