First time to order this brand** A: If it just came out of your mailbox, it could be runny because it hasn't solidified. When I ordered mine in the summer, it literally looked like drawn butter in a jar. With time in the house or even in the fridge, it should definitely harden. If you leave it in your pantry or just unrefridgerated, it may stay pretty soft and/or runny.
