If you're using a standalone VR headset, you'll only need a Windows 10+ PC once to install KAT Gateway and pair it with the KAT Nexus . After setup, Nexus handles all wireless gameplay—no PC required.

Why didn’t I receive all the items in my order?

The KAT Walk C2 Plus ships in 5 packages: treadmill base, seated module, KAT Shoes, insoles, and Nexus adapter. Amazon shows only one tracking number. Please allow time for all packages to arrive.
