this K2 MK4 product is a good way to keep blood pressure under control (see pubmed) most other K2 formulations are only in the microgram doses and have a corresponding lower benefit.

K2 MK4 in recommended amount
This is a hard to find version of vitamin K2 that has the amount recommended by Japanese studies. Glad to find it on Amazon. Very small capsules so easy to take.

Very tough to find MK-4 split into three daily doses. But pricey for me but it’s an important supplement in my opinion
