For me this worked fantastic, not an everyday thing for me. But when I want it extra bump of white on my brown and silver hair which is permed, it's amazing. Of course I had to experiment to get the best outcome.

I purchased this product because I have used wax hair colors in the past with poor outcomes; this one was so highly rated that I had to try! I ordered “Pink Red.” It was packaged and sealed well! The texture is creamy and has a slight fresh fragrance, which I didn’t mind at all!! I applied the wax on slightly damp hair because it was difficult to get the product to stay on wet hair. I did notice that once it dried, my hair was awfully crunchy due to the cast. I then used a light hair serum to break up the cast and separate my curls. Once I did this, BAM perfection!! I used this product for a photo shoot and it definitely photographs well with minimal transfer into clothing/hands once dry!! I probably wouldn’t wear this out or for longer than a day because It’s so drying to my hair. Nevertheless, if I want to switch my color up for a day, I will absolutely use this!! Note: Although, this product rinses off of the skin quite easily, I would suggest wearing gloves!!

Thus is the best hair wax it builds body, and style that lasts 2 days for me. It also boosts the hair color.

We bought this for my daughter. It went on easily and covered well. It took very little product to cover. The color was easily visible without bleaching the hair even though her hair is more brown than blonde. The product, even in the container, was more red than pink. But ok. However, the product came off just as easily. It wiped off her hair onto everything it touched. After 8 hours wearing the product her neck and the top of her shirt was just as dark as her shoulder length hair was.....(probably sooner but I was at work between the application and the time I saw it again) Fortunately it washed out easily from her skin, hair, and clothing. But we won't be using it again. It created too much of a mess. We had previously used another chalk product and will go back to that one which didn't cause a mess.

LOVE the silver hair color! It's the one I get the most positive response from. It's super easy to apply, and looks incredible! It's also incredibly simple to wash out. The product is water soluble so just getting in the shower will start the removal process, one quick wash and it's all out. A couple of cons that I didn't really think were worth deducting stars for: 1. The directions do not make sense at all. I believe it may be due to poor translation. 2. I apply mine to damp hair, so it tends to stay super slicked back, which I don't like. The way I have gotten around that is when it dries it hardens a bit; so I keep a brush on me and, after it's dry, I brush it out! The volume it creates certainly makes up for it. Not for this color if this item but beware of the blue. While it also looks great, if you don't wash it out before you go to bed the sheets will certainly have some blue on them. Didn't notice this issue with the silver.

I ordered the white, and I think it was more silvery; definitely nothing like the models. I have medium to light blonde hair and just wanted to get it to that “winter snow “ white. But it barely lightened the ends and made my darker roots look gray. I didn’t hate how it looked, but it was not what I was after at all. I didn’t like the product very much, it was a pain to rub in and made my hair so stiff and greasy feeling. I’m grateful that it didn’t rub off on any clothing or my pillow case, but the texture of my hair was just so gross feeling to me. I don’t think I’ll try it again unless it’s for a costume or something.

My son wanted to color his locs but I didn’t want unnecessary chemicals in his hair. This wax was/is the perfect alternative. The clean up is easy and it lasts for a good 4-5 weeks (in between retwists). Over the course of the 4-5 weeks it goes from vibrant light blue to a darker dull blue that’s visible. One wash with shampoo and the wax is gone. It didn’t stain his scalp, my fingers, or the sink after washing. The jar has lasted 4 months because a little goes a long way. I’m going to try to mix a little leave in conditioner with it during the next application just to see if the color will saturate his locs deeper than just the surface. We will be trying every color.

It’s good but I didn’t like the smell

Wanted to add gold streaks to my dark brown hair but it just melts in like a wash and looks stupid. Maybe alright for a fancy dress costume maybe but not for anything else. I find it hard to believe the lady with the blue / pink hair in the picture used this product. These should not be marketed as a 'wax' as you cannot style with it - you're just painting on to your hair. Oh and because it's like paint it gets everywhere so you can't be accurate with it.

This wax turned my chicky yellow blonde disaster into a fabulous cool coloured grey blonde. I used it to cover most of my hair but left some to get a textured result. I started off conservatively, liked that result and then got braver. I put it on dry hair. Easy to wash off hands.

Always wanted to rock blue hair. But I've didn't want to risk bleaching my jet black hair. This absolutely rocks!!!! Definately buying more!
