The texture of the white fungus was almost akin to lower quality birds nest soup (like the kind that are broken). The smell of the product was also a little confusing/off-putting since it closely resembled seminal fluid. Whole, intact dried white/snow fungus would prevent any notion of any perverse individuals from adulterating the food product. I appreciated the individual packaging & design of the box in which it was delivered. The ratio of snow fungus, gogi berries, lotus seeds, lily bulbs, longan, pearl barley, peach gum & rock sugar were interesting. I would've liked to have more of the dry ingredients packaged separately in zip lock bags to adjust it to preference.
