Very effective
I use this item along with Aloe Vera juice, Liquid Chlorophyll and unfiltered apple juice as a colon cleanse and it is very effective in moving things along when I'm constipated. I find that I have to drink it right away after mixing or it will thicken which makes it hard to swallow. I am very pleased with its results. I've used it for many years.
