The Bob's Red Hill Peanut Butter Bars are very tasty and a great protein snack for any time of the day.

I first tasted an individual bar I bought at a discount store and really enjoyed the taste. I've purchased a box on Amazon and am continuing to enjoy these bars as an energy snack and as a substitute for candy bars. I've always trusted the Bob's Red Mill brand. The primary taste is of banana but not overwhelmingly so. The banana goes well with the peanut taste. They do contain peanuts. They are smooth tasting and nutritional. The ingredients list is healthy, organic and natural. They would NOT be good with a diabetic food regimen as they contain 10 grams of sugar each.

This is probably the best natural energy bar I have ever tried. Only took off a star because they are somewhat pricey. They are addictive and while that is a good thing since they are relatively clean and healthy, it’s not so good when you need to save money. So, back to plain nuts or nut butter for a snack!
