When I saw how expensive it was I debated whether it was worth it but given the great reviews, I decided to splurge. I love the ingredients in this cola. Fermented ginger root! Pear juice. Sweetened with beet sugar. All very good natural stuff. That is important to me. However, the bottle is smaller than I thought - containing only 9 ounces. Unfortunately, it does not live up to the claim that it has an "exquisite flavor." I found it overall rather bland. I expected a much bigger 'punch' to the flavor, given that it has ginger in it. Overall, there was very little cola flavor. I like that it's not extremely sweet - just right in that way, but it needs a stronger flavor of cola with the bite of real ginger. It lacks both.
