Does this come with a battery and charger?

Have only a USB Cable and you can use your cellphone charger plug to charge your GoPro. But, my suggestion, buy the GoPro Charger with additional Batery and you can charge 2 batteries on the same time and don´t need to charge the batteries directly using your GoPro.

What type of mounts are included?

Only the helmet sticky one came with ours.
