**Q: is the ravioli attachment included**
A: CucinaPro makes a "Ravioli Maker" attachment for the Imperia, but it is sold separately and does not come with the basic unit. The Imperia does come with a cutter attachment for cutting pasta sheets into wide strips (like lasagna) or thinner strips (fettuccine, spaghetti).You can make ravioli without the ravioli attachment (which is what I did) by just rolling out a pasta sheet, cutting it into squares (or use a biscuit cutter to make circles), sandwich the filling between two pasta pieces, crimp the edges with a fork. Lots of recipes describe this method. Or you can buy a mold that helps form a dozen or so ravioli at a time.

**Q: What pasta can you make without buying additional attachments**
A: With what's in the box, you can make sheets for lasagna, or use the attachment for fettuccini, spaghetti, or, again, use sheets to make ravioli. You could even roll the sheets into a tube to make manicotti.  Very versatile.

**Q: How thin can it roll the dough?**
A: Thinner than I can measure...You can see through the dough.

**Q: Does this machine come with a clamp?**
A: Yes it does!

物は良いと思うけどPanasonicのパン焼き器でレシピ通りにパスタの生地を作ってこれで裁断してみたけど今のところうまくいかない。デュラムセモリナ粉100%にした方が良いのかな。生地がしっかりしてないとポロポロになる。 このマシーン自体は重厚感があって良い物ぽい感じはある。実際上手にできてる人も沢山いるし。
