The product is great, and also the was down within 24 hrs. The fan is wokin' great and very silent and gives good air flow as compare its size (1200mm), works smoothly with Atomberg Home, Gemini and Alexa. Highly recommend. People can buy it. And best in this price range, I could have found. I have another Atomberg pedestal fan which is 1.5 years old and till today works finely. I think I could say that Atomberg is a very reliable brand.

I recently purchased the Atomberg Aris Contour, and as a product, it is an absolute engineering marvel. The build quality is exceptional, with perfect fitment and zero wobbling—a common issue I’ve faced with metal fans. The ABS blades are flawless and deliver a wide, encompassing breeze rather than a harsh, straight column of air. After using this, standard fans just feel useless! The technology is equally impressive. The central LED light creates a rich ambiance and works great as a night light, while the remote operation makes everything incredibly convenient. Ceiling fans have evolved a long way, and this feels like perfection. However, Atomberg’s service and quality control leave a lot to be desired. First, the "free" installation technician demanded ₹200, which is upsetting when it's advertised as free. Second, there was clear cost-cutting on the hardware: the threads on the main fan bolt were completely stripped right out of the box. The technician had to run to a nearby hardware shop to buy a new bolt just to finish the installation. This kind of penny-pinching on basic hardware is annoying and completely undermines an otherwise premium experience. Bottom line: The fan is a 10/10, but Atomberg needs to fix their service and business practices.

Pros + Sleek and compact design. + Good air delivery. Covers approx. 12 ft X 12 ft of area. If your room is wider then you probably need to install two fans for optimal air circulation. + Produces lower air noise as compared to traditional aluminium fans. + Convenient to use because of remote and IoT functionality. + LEDs are fairly bright. Good for show off. Cons - While starting from stop the fan jerks and makes some noise. As per company it is normal behaviour of BLDC motor, but they should rectify this issue in future revisions as it does not feel normal. Once the fan catches speed it does not make any noise. - Also when the fan is on lowest speed it wobbles a little, this issue maybe due to above mentioned point.

The Atomberg BLDC ceiling fan is energy-efficient, silent, and stylish. It offers strong airflow and works well even on inverter power. The remote control is very convenient, and the build quality is excellent. Perfect for modern homes, it’s a great choice for saving electricity without compromising on performance.

I Am writing this review after 7-8 months of using the fan. I would rate it 0 star if I had a option here. That's because in this 8 months there was no such hot condition to use this fan extensively. We had used it very less time. Recently the Fan got broke down making a huge spark with loud noise followed by smoke. I had raised a complaint regarding this. A technician visited and repaired it, but to my surprise again the fan got broke down two days after repair. Again I had raised the issue but it's been more than 10 days nobody has contacted me. They don't even have a proper customer support expect the whatsapp message which will be answered by a Bot. Which makes it very difficult to get the things done with the bot. And when I called the customer care number I was told that they would arrange a call back to get my problem solved, but it's been more than a day since I asked them a call back, Nobody has reached me yet. And they don't have a kannada language option in their IVR system, which makes many knanadigas not to choose this product. Charging too high for a defective product that's it. I would suggest people to go for some other smart fans than this one. They have better customer support than Atomberg.
