Great Chair,
This is the best money I spent on my self in a long time no more Massage parlors for me, it came assembled just had to attach the shoulder parts just follow the instructions when using it the tablet has all the keys for all the different functions so you can get the type of massage you want, just tune in to your Bluetooth recline and listen to your music like I said it's the best money I spent

Unhappy consumer
The back and the seat rollers are too stiff and rigid there's not enough padding in the seat in the back area

Small Print User Manual
I bought it for my wife. She didn't really like the way the back rollers felt. According to the manufacturer she should be able to manually to her liking. The problem is instructional manual that came with chair has small print and it's hard to understand. I submitted a "contract seller" about the print size request through Amazon; but I haven't received a reply. I don't want to have to return the chair for not being able to comfortably set the massages. I will update the review when I get a manual with print large enough to read.

The chair is amazing, and the customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with the foot part of the chair and contacted the seller. They were quick to respond and help with the situation. Disappointed customer!
Didn’t like the chair, wasn’t a good fit! Didn’t realize this was a 3rd party purchase! Finally after filing a few complaints I got money back for the chair, the catch is $655 to ship back to company that sold it, which is only a few dollars less than cost of chair, which Amazon shipped free to me. So guess who lost $655 even after checking twice with Amazon before I shipped back and told I would be refunded that too!!!!

Too small for me, perfect for my wife
I give the chair 4 stars, but the customer service definitely adds a star. The chair is a bit too small for my frame which is 6"1', 280 pounds. I can still use it, just slightly uncomfortably. My wife absolutely loves it through; she can't stay out of it! Looks very nice and meshes into my living room perfectly. Lastly, it definitely seems like it's worth the money so far.
