Finally! A shellfish-free Glucosamine product that works!
My doctor recommended I take a glucosamine supplement to lessen the effects of the arthritis in my knees, but due to a severe shellfish allergy my options have been limited and disappointing. I didn't have high hopes when I started taking this product - but WOW - after about 2 weeks I noticed a significant reduction in the popping and crackling in my knees and after a month my pain is practically gone and I no longer dread going up stairs! I don't know if this product will continue to help long term, but for the here and now I am very impressed and would happily recommend this product.

Been using for years
I like this product (although it is a bit expensive.) It helps my arthritic pain and its vegan. It's the only type of Glucosamine I can take with out stomach upset and distress.

Great supplement, and it's 100% vegan. Easy to swallow, no after taste and it appears to be helping!

Hard to be sure…
I’m a long distance runner and massage therapist, and have had some trouble with my hands aching and pretty much everywhere else hips down. It’s been about a year that I’ve been using this, and I don’t know if I notice a big difference. I will say, when I ran out for almost a month, my knees and hands were a lot more achy, but who knows if that was the reason or not. I also take a vegan omega supplement for joints and turmeric along with the glucosamine. I notice a bigger difference in my joints if I forget the turmeric. I’m glad that we have this as an option for vegans though, and I’ll keep taking it until I have a clear idea how effective it is for me.

These work, just give them time
My doctor told me this supplement would take up to 4 months to work. And it did. But at the four month mark, I noticed a significant decrease in pain. I've been taking them since and continue to be relatively pain free.
