I love this bedding for my hens and so do they keeps them lovely warm and dry. They love it in there nest box and bed and is a great for using in the entire coop.It smells lovely and is nice and soft it absorbs moisture and drys out very quickly. It leaves cleaning up there droppings easy as it sticks to them and makes it easy to be picked up.I have a hen who constantly sneezes when I use wood shavings hay or stray and I have no problems with this product at all.Using this product I know my hens are clean dry and warm and the value for money is great. With other products I have to clean my girls out weekly even when picking up droppings everyday. But with Dengie it’s every two weeks and if you pick up the droppings and give Dengie a rake through it still smells as lovely and fresh just like when you first open the package. This is a great product and will keep your hens happy and save you time with only having to use one product for the nest box, bed and flooring.

Love this bedding - it smells great and the ducks love it, Nice and easy to use and last a while it’s nice and soft which unlike straw my ducks really enjoy, The size of the bag is brilliant and lasts ages we just turn over what’s in there house its very effective for what they need. They don’t get caught up in it or drag it out . I buy this every time for our duckies as they love it so much . Fast delivery and never had it arrive damaged so very happy

Review (by the flock): Hello again from the coop! We just had to flap our wings about Dengie Fresh Bed which is easily our favourite bedding ever. The moment it goes down, the whole place smells divine, like a spa for hens. Even the humans say, “Wow, that smells nice,” every time they open the coop. It keeps everything clean, dry, and fresh for ages. No pongy corners, no grumpy clucks. It’s soft on our feet and perfect for nesting, scratching, and our midday gossip sessions. Our humans now buy it regularly and won’t use anything else. We did have one delivery hiccup once, but it got sorted quickly and professionally, no ruffled feathers here! Pros: Smells absolutely lovely (even to humans!) Super absorbent and soft Keeps the coop fresh and clean We sleep like royalty Cons: A bit more expensive but worth it! Five stars from us. If your humans love you (and they do), tell them to get this bedding. You’ll feel the difference and so will their noses. – Ruthie & the Girls (official coop critics)
