This product has a premium design and build quality with a price to match. But excitement turned to disappointment when I saw that the packaging did not include a much needed power supply. All that was included a three foot cable with a USB plug on one end and a DC barrel connector on the other end. Even if I had a spare USB charger to use with it, a three foot cable can't possibly be long enough to reach the wall plate I'd need to use.
