I’ve been taking these for about two weeks now, and so far, I haven’t noticed any big changes. My feet still feel cold most of the time, which is the main reason I bought them. That being said, supplements like this can take time to work, so I’m planning to keep going and see if the effects show up later. The capsules are easy to swallow and the ingredients list looks promising — so fingers crossed that consistency will make a difference.

Please be cautious, I started taking these a few months ago and couldn't understand why I started having onset horrendous nausea and vomiting. Its taken me a while to identify the culprit. I recommend you Google what the side effects of the first three main ingredients, I was shocked to find all three cause nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhoea and too many more to list. Please be careful when ordering these.

Después de años con hemorroides internas y externas muy ostensibles y el último año un suplicio de dolor y picor a todas horas y encima ir al baño era un horror al limpiarte. Estas pastillas han obrado un milagro que ni las cremas antihemorroidales de farmacia, ni las pastillas recetadas por el médico hacian efecto. Me tomo 2 capsulas todas las mañanas en el desayuno y ya en la primera semana habian disminuido visiblemente mis hemorroides externas y ya no me acuerdo ni que las tenía, ha desaparecido el dolor, el picor y hasta que tenia hemorroides.
