It was easy to assemble assuming you have some basic bike knowledge, so it was out the door and on a test ride it within half an hour of it being delivered. A few minor adjustments and I think it will be a great bike. CON: I will say that it is sized on the large size. I am a woman who is 5 foot eight, and the 17 that I got was just a bit big. If you’re shorter than 5’4” I wouldn’t buy this bike even in the 15.
