They’re amazing!

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to be good for you and I have tried drinking the stuff but I couldn’t tolerate it. After seeing adverts for these I decided to give them a try. They are very pleasant to eat but it’s too early yet for a verdict on improving health or well being

Yummy Fitness Goodness.
It's amazing. Tastes yum. Gives you the energy to start the day and keep going. Also curbs appetite. Just ordered a pack of 5. I do love ACV and the mother but this works as good if not better for me. Expensive though. The cost might keep people away from it.

This is so good to eat tht it;s difficult to stick to the prescribed amount. Both my husband and I are enjoying much better nights sleep since we started taking this product, probably too soon to tell other benifits.
