This works well and was just what I needed. My son is special needs and can’t swim. He is 10 years old. He previously had a floaty with the attached arms but it was getting small and looked very juvenile for his age. I am very happy with this. It works perfectly at keeping him afloat but also makes him looking more age appropriate when he is in a public setting.

It is so hard to find a youth life jacket for older kids. My daughter is a skinny, tall 7 year old - weighs about 65 pounds - and this jacket was great this summer. She is learning to swim but still needs a little help. A lot of the jackets out there for bigger kids are life vests so when they get in the water, no matter how much you tighten the chest straps, the whole thing pushes up into their arm pits and ears and they don't have the crotch strap. It's not a design flaw, they just aren't meant to wear in the water long term. So when I found this one I was super excited to try it. I know it's a little pricy, but I am telling you its worth it. There are foam bricks in the inside that you can remove as your child gains confidence and the strap between the legs holds it in place. It doesn't float up. My daughter loves it and says it is very comfy and did not get a rub rash on her face or arm pits after wearing it for 6 hours. If you're on the fence, don't waste anymore time deciding. Get this one.

Seems to be good quality and fits good. However I ordered a pink and received a blue. Was received on time and feel the lifevest will work well.

Fits good and snug , works great , if I need another one I will buy from here.

My son is very big for a 5 year old and it’s hard to find anything that fit him right . This worked perfectly.

The jacket was great for my kiddo, except that there is not enough velcro on the crotch strap to keep it securely connected while in the water.

This product seemed to be good at first but as I was swimming with my daughter I noticed that the strap supports between the legs came undone from the back. I’ve tried multiple times to get this velcro to hold but does not. Hard to get ahold of this company to ask for help or even if this is a common defect. Really pricey for something that doesn’t work properly.

This item was exactly what I was looking for. A regular life jacket rubbed my son’s face raw. But with the strap in the groin area it stayed down away from his face. He is special needs & we really were glad for a product that allowed him & me to play in the pool with no chafing.Thanks.

Bought for my daughter and she loves it. Fits well, quality materials and love that you can adjust the amount of buoyancy as they get better at swimming. So much better than her armbands.

In realtà l ho solo provato addosso al bambino alto 144 cm e va bene non ho avuto però modo di utilizzarlo quindi non saprei dire in merito alla galleggiabilità

Bought this before going on holiday as my son was only willing to go into a pool where he could stand up and had to continuously be held. Within a few days, happy in the sea, willing to try swimming himself (he was well supervised but it supported him just fine), jumping in and putting his face in the water. He was just much more water confident. Attachment between the legs stops it riding up and was comfortable to wear and take off. Also helped on waterslides.Now will begin working on removing floatsNote of warning though, DO size up by 1 year to get best fit.
