Great customer service. Had a part break in Dec and they're send me the replacement when they didnt have to.

Worst product!!!
I don’t recommend anyone to buy this item for this child; it’s so unsafe. When we received the first bike, the gas tank was broken. We got a replacement, we built it up; the direction is the worst. We made sure all the bolts were tightened; the moment our kid rode it, the bolts would come off. Don’t get me started on the handle; we had to go and get a new screw and bolt that would make the handle tight because the one that was sent was too long, and the bolt would not get tight. Worst product ever.

Falls apart
Very disappointed my son was riding in and the rear brake fell off while I was fixing that found the rear sprocket was lose along with the heat shields if you ship it together it should be right not putting people specially kids in danger

Only runs on choke.
Not bad but only runs on full choke . Will be doing a replacement and hope for better on the next bike

Hopefully I solved everyone's problem
Ok so I don't know if anyone will read this but I figured I'd share it. Everyone says "it won't run without the choke". I want you all to go out and check something. I am quite mechanicaly inclined so when I purchased this cheap piece of fun I figured I could fix this issue and have some fun doing it. Well long story short it got here, did exactly as others have said, wouldn't run without the choke. I dove in and guess what, the sticker is on upsidedown. Pull your air filters off folks and check. As for a real review, I'll have to have my little one put some time into it. I will say it is 100% "you get what you pay for". Build quality is high school shop class level, but useable. Run 50.1 it likes it better than their ratio.

Poorly Made Bike
Do not buy this bike!! This bike is poorly made. The carburetor was backwards and we had a hard time starting the bike and keeping it started until we figured this out. Several bolts came loose after one day of riding. The exhaust pipe bolts came loose two times even after my husband put locktite and a rubber sealant. The pull rope to start the engine broke after 1 week of use.
