Very even-tempered "coal-like" burn
Photos show me opening up the container after unpacking it for the first time. There's an included scoop and packet of desiccant to control moisture.Flavor is actually on the sweeter side despite having "lime" in the flavor, which I prefer over being overly tart/sour. There is a hint of tartness, but not to the degree that it'll jolt or even wake up your palate. From what I can surmise through the ingredients list, the blend emphasizes oxygen physio/bioavailability via beet root extract, taurine, a mushroom blend. From there, it uses anti-fatigue ingredients such as good ol' caffeine and a blend of extracts on top of beta-alanine and root extracts to supply a bit of raw energy. From my total layman's perspective (I am an engineer by profession, not a nutrition expert), it seems like a well thought out blend. But obviously don't depend on an Amazon review to provide a deep-dive analysis of the physiological effects of various multi-syllable chemical constituents.Perhaps the best account I can offer is that the directions suggest a half scoop to assess your tolerance for your first use. (Typically a full scoop for 8-12oz of water.) I was pretty happy with the results, which was something akin to a more even tempered "coal-like" burn of energy rather than the more "flash-like" quick spurt of energy you'd get from sweets and carbs. From what I can tell, it's basically an energy drink that's not trying to use a bunch of chemical flavor enhancements to addict you, instead providing more transparency into how ingredients are being used to achieve physiological enhancements for a workout routine.

Great Pre-Workout, Balanced Energy Boost!
EndurElite Perform Elite Pre-Workout Powder Supplement, and it's a great-tasting pre-workout. I really love the mix of supplements in it, and it provides a nice, balanced boost to my energy. It's designed to maximize VO2 Max and aerobic capacity, helping me train harder and longer by improving oxygen efficiency. It also aims to delay fatigue and boost focus, which is crucial during intense workouts. I find it helps combat lactic acid buildup and maintain mental clarity. It's supposed to enhance anaerobic and muscle performance, allowing me to push through fatigue. I get sustained energy without the crash, which helps me power through long sessions. It also claims to unlock mental toughness and resilience. The Champion Cherry Lime flavor is pleasant. This has become a consistent part of my routine before hitting the gym or going for a run.

Refreshing flavor and no jitters observed….
Happy to recommend this Pre Workout Powder Supplement from the EndurElite Store. This tub allows for 20 servings of a concoction that supports VO2 Peak Output, Anti-fatigue and Increase focus, and Extended Energy and Endurance. The Cherry Lime flavor is refreshing. I like that they do independent, 3rd part lab testing. I like that this is from a GMP and FDA inspected facility. As in similar products, a pre measured scoop is included. I use a magicbullet mixer when mixing and found that dissolves easy with that. At the current price, each serving is over $2, which does not seem too competitively priced… but at the end of the day, results should be the main driver. I have not observed any jitteriness with consumption.

90 Minutes of Fire: My EndurElite Review
For pure pumps or heavy lifting, you might need another blend. For endurance (plyometrics, sled pulls, running, CrossFit, circuit training), this stuff is like a long-burning wildfire.I tested EndurElite Perform Elite over a 90-minute gym session that included plyo, sled work, jump rope, and cardio. I could definitely feel it kicking in within 5 minutes, and at the end, I still had energy in the tank. That’s something I don’t think I would have experienced without it.The ingredients seem to be delivering as promised. As an Amazon Vine reviewer, I’ve been fortunate to try out a number of energy blends, and this one is top tier. 5 stars all day.

Smooth energy built for distance
This pre-workout feels like it was actually made with endurance athletes in mind. The energy boost is clean and steady—no jitters, no crash—and it really helps with stamina during long runs or high-volume sessions. The cherry lime flavor leans more tart than sweet, which I personally liked since it didn’t feel syrupy or artificial. It mixes well with water, though the texture’s a tiny bit grainy if you don’t stir or shake thoroughly. Definitely not a typical gym-rat pre-workout—it’s more about sustained performance than explosive energy.

Tasty but grainy formula
Very nice sweet flavor to it, which I like over most tart pre-workouts. It's a bit hard to dissolve in cold water, gets foamy with aggressive shaking. It hits hard though, so beware if you're a morning coffee person because this has a lot of caffeine per serving. Despite the amount of caffeine, I haven't had much jitters so far.

Not the greatest flavor, but it definitely gets me going
Pre-workouts tend to be pretty extreme when it comes to the flavor, thanks to all the stuff in them. This one is no exception. It doesn't taste the greatest (bitter and pasty), but it sure does get me going. It has 250mg of caffeine, enough even for someone who's really tolerant of the stuff, and it gets the veins open for blood flow. It makes me jittery, but heading right into a workout that's a good thing. The biggest downside for me is the flavor, but that's an afterthought behind the pre-workout benefits. Overall, it's made in the USA with clean ingredients, and I'm really happy with it.
