I was pretty happy with the results, which was something akin to a more even tempered "coal-like" burn of energy rather than the more "flash-like" quick spurt of energy you'd get from sweets and carbs. I use a magicbullet mixer when mixing and found that dissolves easy with that. At the current price, each serving is over $2, which does not seem too competitively priced… but at the end of the day, results should be the main driver. I have not observed any jitteriness with consumption.
