Adams has the best products. I prefer them over Meguires. Works great on auto and other painted surfaces, like toolbox. Will be buying more products and accessories from them.

Just need a few more good detail rags and you'll have everything you need. Recommend getting another bottle of the pink Detail spray to keep in vehicle for quick touch ups.

I've tried a lot of other products. Adam's has mastered the ingredients to work. The tire cleaner is amazing. Strips all the brake dust and grime instantly. The detailer cleaners provide a great shine and clean. Work the cost for sure.

As someone who is tired of spending $100+ on car washes per visit, I am jumping back into the DIY world after several years away. I washed cars a lot as a kid with the tools that I could find at Walmart or Autozone, but now there is a lot of social media/ hype marketing about various products and it is really hard to cut through the noise. Let me help you with that and address the various parts of this kit. Equipment: Premium Foam Gun is well constructed and does the best a low pressure foam gun can manage. DO NOT expect layers of foam on your car from this! You can only really achieve that with a pressure washer, trust me I was surprised by this. Also, the amount of soap needed to achieve even minimum foam is 4-5 oz per 28-30 oz of water (max capacity of the reservoir is 35oz). Pressure washers take a fraction of that. Also due to how quickly the product is dispensed from the reservoir, you really have to carefully manage how long and how much you apply in an area to get the ensure you cover the entire car. Expect to burn through your shampoo really fast with this setup. Buckets and grit guards are solid and well made. Probably overpriced for what you can combine on your own, but this is a convenient way to get started so expect to pay a bit of a premium. Wheel brush and tire brush are top notch. The wheel brush has a soft rubber like coating on the outside of bristled area so that you don't accidentally scratch anything during vigorous scubbing. I find the wheel brush to be just right for the softness/ stiffness needed and same for the tire brush. I would buy these independently again if I needed to replace or replenish. The 3 hanging air fresheners are supposed to be strawberry I think, but it is more like a mysterious strawberry like aroma. Not good, these are throw away for me. Towels: Drying towel is meh. Very thin and just gets saturated way too fast. It is really tough to completely dry the car with it alone. I've already replaced it with rag co gauntlet which is significantly better. The other 2 microfiber towels are very serviceable for me. They get the job done and having the ultra soft (paint) and utility (windows, door jambs, miscellaneous) is a great combo. Wash mitt is top quality for me. Really like it. Chems: Car Shampoo works fine in the bucket, but not too well in the foam gun as described earlier. This bottle is more like a travel size compared to the others with how much you use per wash. Interior Cleaner also works really well and smells nice. When I washed the filthy kid mobile that was a bit neglected, I burned through almost a third of it. To stretch it out a bit I diluted it 3:1 which is too much. Maybe 1:1 or 2:1 is useable but you will likely lose the smell. Expect to burn through this on heavlily soiled cars. VRT looks amzing and the quantity is plenty for a long time. So far great product. CS3 also looks great and surprisingly useful. Not sure I will use it everytime, but give the paint a better shine. Wheel & Tire Cleaner also very effective. After 2 cars I used close to half the bottle. Again I tried to dilute it at 3:1 and that is too much. YMMV on diluting, but expect to burn through this after 4-6 washes depending on your level of soiling on wheels and tires. Detail spray is surprisingly useful. This can also be used as a clay bar lube, which I will be doing soon. Does help as a drying aid if it dries too quickly. Not sure I will use this every wash, but a useful tool when needed. Overall the kit is a pretty good value for what you get, only 3 items that were not of value for me in the air fresheners. I'm taking a star off for 2 reasons: 1- getting any foam out of the foam gun takes a lot of product and doesn't really do the job well. This is a limitation of all foam guns regardless of quality or brand, it's a limitation of pressure. 2- you will get 4-6 washes out of this kit before you are out of shampoo, especially if you are using the foam gun If you are starting over or have nothing to wash cars with, this is a pretty good kit.
