Effective
Very good product and a tad cheaper than ordering direct from Jills. Don't waste your time on inferior products this one is good and will relieve your pain or stop you from experiencing pain rather.. be sure to specify large medium or small and Left or Right foot . No experience with the seller but the product is great!

They work better than expected
They work better than expected. Hard to find something that can replace the way these lift your toes and relieve pressure on tips. Great product

Very comfortable
This hammertoe cushion is soft and comfortable, and the elastic that attaches to the toe is wide enough that there is no pinching.

Cheaply made! Terrible design!
I used this for the first time two days ago. First thing I noticed was how cheaply made and put together this thing is! Two holes poked through the gel with a loose piece of elastic looped through. The extra bit dangled under my foot. By this morning (less than 48 hours later) the band had come completely out, and I had to figure out a way to keep this thing on myself. I used a bit of Velcro on each end and re-looped the elastic through and now it works. For 11.99 for this thing, I shouldn't need to Jimmy-rig it myself to make it work. The one star is simply because the gel pad works.

Not as well made as previously
I have been using Dr. Jill hammertoe pad for 8 yrs. and replace the pad annually. I ordered 2 a few month ago since they were unavailable for a long time. Each one only lasted a couple of weeks before the fixed anchored elastic end pulled through. I attempted to glue end back resulting in a hard knot which caused a blister. When the second one pulled loose I trimmed the hard end and able to pull both elastic ends taunt to keep pad in place.I plan to wait a few months to see if existing inventory will sell off. I think it's a bad batch. FYI Amazon does not allow returns on this item.
