What are the ingredients? And why are they not listed? Seems shady to me... I'd rather use an all natural product anyway.

It is not.  The two have totally different fragrances/smells, and also differ (at least to me), in appearance.  Carpet Refresher seems to be more fine of a powder, compared to the Litter Box Deodorizer, or just plain old A & H Baking Soda.  I used to use the “Fresh-Step” brand, when I could get a box of 9 for just over $20, on Amazon.  Over the past several years, the price of that stuff skyrocketed!  I like it a bit more, but not so much that I’m willing pay that much more for it.  I looked around, tried several different products, and settled on this one—smell is nice, without being overpowering, and if you keep an eye out, you can get it from Amazon for a VERY reasonable price (way cheaper than the big box pet stores).  Most importantly however, my (indoor only) cats are not bothered by the smell, and took to it right away.  I still buy the big, 13lb bags of plain A & H Baking Soda, because I like to line the litter boxes with a THIN layer of it (especially the ends and corners—for some reason, my three cats believe it is proper litter box etiquette to direct their pee there) before I add litter to it.  I then use this mixed-in at the top of the litter, and a little bit after “quick scoops”, between real cleanings.

How is this different than regular baking soda?

There's a citrus-like scent to it that isn't overpowering at all. It  does a nice job, and seems to last longer than just baking soda.
