KEYHOLE Hanayama Cast Metal Brain Teaser Puzzle (Level 4)

The quality and visual appeal of this puzzle has made it one of my favorites. The pieces slide easily. I would not consider this a Level 4. The higher level must indicate the number of moves needed to solve. Although the number of moves required is slightly more than other Hanayama puzzles, I would not say it's difficult. That does not detract from the satisfaction of completion. The replay value of this puzzle is higher than most, which is why I give it such a high rating. It's a puzzle that can be enjoyed over and over.

I really enjoyed this. I took two days to figure this out. A tiny bit of a challenge. I have a lot of this companies puzzle.

My two very smart math/IT adult sons solved this together in under 5 minutes, which was a disappointment. I wouldn't classify it as difficult as the description does. I hope the son who received it tries by himself. I liked that it standa by itself when together, and it is.shiny gold and silver metal. I had hoped he'd leave it sitting on his work at home desk for down time. Net time I will select one with a higher level of difficulty. By the way, the puzzle I ordered and received looks nothing like this picture, which is what I wanted.

Simple puzzle that will challenge many. Good one for kids.
