On one shipment the postal service broke two of the three bottles; Amazon was very quick to replace the order. We use Jallab to make Lebanese ice tea. It is a mixture of brewed tea (Lousianne), lemonaide (strong and very sweet) and Jallab syrup (about 1 cup per gallon).
