great product.
Not bought this brand before, think they all work the same. If you have never bought this item (De-Icer) it is a boon, most people have a build up of ice and leave it too long to defrost, this makes it so simple, I put folded towels on the lowest shelf, this helps catch the water, you can tidy and wipe the shelves once the ice has gone. Does need for you to keep an eye, use a second squirt once the defrosting starts, this is odour free and saves so much time and no boiling the kettle and filling bowls with hot water. What to buy if you dont need too much ice.
Good purchase, fabulous delivery, only comment would be that the cans are smaller than I expected.However, this product is very high quality in my opinion, would I buy again ? TOO RIGHT I WOULD.

Good for a light frost only
This only works on very light frost, so it didn’t really help with what I needed it to do. I accidentally left my freezer door open a wee crack overnight so ended up with my entire freezer turning in to a block of ice. Best solution, fill a dish washer basin full of boiled water from the kettle, place on a shelf in the freezer, close the door and leave for 10 mins, repeating the process for as long as needed. It took me a couple of hours but it worked.

Bit of a waste of money
You might as well just switch off your freezer and let the ambient temperature to defrost the ice. It possibly speeds up the process slightly, but not enough to waste your money. I won't bother buying again.Oh and it won't melt if you keep the freezer switched on, unless your freezer is bit crappy. Ours just kept refreezing.

Great product. Really cuts defrosting time. You really dont require to use too much as it really works. Will buy this again

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
DEFROSTS ICE IN NO TIME. ESSENTIAL FOR ME AS I HAVE A FREEZER IN MY GARAGE AND AM UNABLE TO LIFT THE LID WHEN THE WEATHER IS FROSTY. THIS RELEASES IT IN MINUTES. THANK YOU.

the quality of the item
I found that i nearly used the three canisters to do the work therefore i think it would be better to buy larger canisters

This did not hasten my defrosting the freezer as it said it will
I used 3 canisters and still the freezer ice did not melt as it said in the advert. I ended up using the traditional way of defrosting my freezer
