I’m really like this Pilates kit. The resistance is just right and feels effective without being uncomfortable. The grips are padded and soft, so my hands and inner thighs don’t feel strained during workouts. It feels sturdy and well made. I also love how versatile it is. I use it for arms, core, inner thighs, and glutes, and it works perfectly for at home workouts. It’s lightweight, easy to store. Great for small living spaces!

I absolutely love this Pilates Essentials Kit — it’s perfect for home workouts and really helps to tone and strengthen my muscles. The resistance bands, ring, ball and loops all feel good quality and sturdy, I can feel real resistance when I use them. It’s so convenient — no need to go to gym or Pilates studio, I can do full Pilates sessions at home even with a busy schedule. The kit also helps with stretching and improving flexibility, I notice better posture and feel more balanced after a few weeks. Definitely worth buying if you want a simple, effective way to support your body’s strength and flexibility from home.

The only thing that I didn’t like is that the bands aren’t labeled to show what tension level they are, and the long band is not resistant enough for my preference. I’d prefer a higher tension long band. For the most part the equipment is pretty effective at achieving body toning goals.

So first and first I have the disc herniation on my back and I need to do the exercises for my back and for also I have been doing a yoga so as a Pilates so this one is a game changer I love it. It comes with so many things inside this is really good for my back pain as well and I’m really excited. I have taken it to my Pilates class and I’m in love. This is so cool so nice and so beautiful and so helpful. There are so many resistance bands where I can choose from and I need to do the exercises with those resistance Spence as well and the ball so everything in there is really helpful, including the socks, which is a non-sleep, which is good for Pilates as well as the yoga so I love it and yeah, so I would say you can try it. I didn’t see anything like negative yet if I will see, I will update it so the balloon comes with no air so you have to you have to air put the air yourself.

Much more affordable version of other brands, with the necessary items. I wanted a different brand that was way pricier. I tried this and am thrilled with it. Great quality, affordable me, works well and the storage bag is helpful.

Only used this once and my lord I’m in pain and exhausted. I’ll get back to working out once my body stops hurting, good news is everything seems to be well made and amazing quality for the price you pay.
