Great for beginners and not!
Absolutely love it! Tried many waxes before and either they wouldn’t pull all of my thick hair or the wax itself would break. This wax has a great grip, doesn’t break and does the job perfectly. The silicone cup is very easy to clean, heater itself works well too. Highly recommend!!

Melts the wax really quickly.
I love the wax heater, it melts the wax really quickly. Comes with a lot of wax and waxing sticks as well. The pre and post wax sprays work really well for its functions. However, I will point out that the cord is attached to the wax heater and can't be removed. This wasn't obivous to me at first but I don't think it is a huge issue because the cord is a decent length.

Easy to use
Easy to use, and great for my sensitive skin. I would say, make sure you take your time. It's a skill to learn and it won't be perfect first time. But otherwise. Very pleased.

Wax beads are not good
The machine works very well (only had it a few days), instructions are clear and all the accessories are in there. However the wax is not good, doesn't catch all the hairs, breaks and doesn't smell like peppermint or lemon. It's also a pain to clean/remove leftover wax in the pot. Buy the machine and buy wax beads separately.

I know the pictures are gross. I’m just trying to show you that it does remove hair. Sorry for the pics in advance. Wax didn’t go everywhere cause I was careful with it. I used one bag for intimate area and there was left over. I don’t know how to actually clean the little container, some of the wax tried up in there. Everything was perfect, I just didn’t know which direction to put wax on my hair. Instructions said one thing and YouTube videos said another. I was struggling with getting the wax off my skin but didn’t actually tear my skin. Overall good but I’ll go do the waxing lady next time😂
