I bought this litter box three weeks ago and my cat refuses to use it. Has anyone else had--or better yet, solved--this problem?

I am sorry to hear that your cat refuses to use this litter box, my suggestion would be to remove the lid until your cat is comfortable with climbing in and once your cat is comfortable (give your cat about a week or two). If your cat starts using this litter box, try to place the lid back on the base. If this does not work, perhaps a different form of litter box would be beneficial. My cats are incredibly unintelligent and like to do the worst thing possible. If they stand on the edge, is it tippy? They're around 10 pounds

No when it’s full of liter they won’t be able to tip it over. Actually mine hasn’t been able to tip it when it’s empty either and he’s a quite large 7 month old that is about 3 feet long and weighs 7 pounds already.

Does the rounded shape present any challenges when scooping litter? (We might use a different litter scoop with smaller slots)

I take the lid off to scoop. The cats get litter on the top so it’s easy to shake the litter back in box.
