My head circumference is 23.5in and the L fits me snugly but not too tight.Quick and clean shipping through Amazon.The audio is not dampened much at all in this helmet so I would suggest getting some motorcycle earplugs to drown out the wind.You can't pull these over eye glasses that you are wearing, you have to put them on afterwards, or just use contacts instead.The built-in ventilation works very well with the anti-fog visor and prevents practically all fog up on the visor in middle range normal temperatures.
