I bought these to mwal prep meatloaf in. I love that they can go straight from the freezer into the oven. However I now also have the ability to make several loaves of sweet breads at once! I big batch cook because our family is so large so these are a great investment.

The whole page did not mention what kind of stainless steel it is. This is a low-grade stainless steel, 18/0, which is ferrous enough to hold a magnet, and won't hold up to very acidic or very caustic substances. . So when we washed it for first use and did not dry it by hand, spots of rust formed from each water droplet. Not very much rust, so I'll just keep them and remember to be extra careful with these loaf pans.

Love these so much !!

Only problem i have is that they dont store easily other than that perfect for sourdough sandwich loafs

easy to clean and bakes well
