I chose these because of the low price and the material (stainless steel). I didn't want non-stick pans because I'm pretty crunchy and all about non-toxic items, especially in the kitchen. Anyways, these are high quality and work great. Just make sure to oil or line them with parchment paper before adding any batter or dough as they are not non-stick. I forgot to do so my first time using them and had a hard time taking my banana bread out.

I started making sourdough sandwich bread, and I needed another set of these kind of bread pans so I can make two loaves at once. I like these more than the hand-me-down ones from my in-laws. Definitely good quality and makes great bread!

I've been doing two pan method for sourdough loaves and it works great. I just oil both of them before putting loaf in. I have to bake a little longer than other pans but that's fine. Absolutely love not having to worry about non stick coating, and they don't have any issues with sticking

Was wishing they were deeper but made my banana bread in it and I'm in love. No sticking and clean up was so easy!!
