That said, there are a few important things I think future buyers should know: Take them with food. I learned the hard way that these pills are not gentle on an empty stomach. There’s no clear labeling on the bottle about this, so I took them first thing in the morning before eating… and ended up nauseous and throwing up for most of the day. I later read other reviews mentioning the same issue, so this definitely impacted my experience and is part of why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. The pills are pretty big. You’ll want to take them with plenty of water, and I wouldn’t recommend taking them right before bed. They can feel heavy and uncomfortable if you try to fall asleep with them in your system. Results take time and consistency. I’ve noticed less shedding so far, but I think consistency matters. I can’t say they worked miracles overnight, and like many supplements with biotin and collagen, results vary by person. Some people on other platforms share mixed experiences with biotin and similar hair formulas. Some see benefits and others less so, which aligns with what I’ve found. These actually work! I’m on medication that caused me to lose a significant amount of hair. It was bad, and you could see my scalp. I tried lots of other things, but the shedding continued.
