I got this at a discount of £140 so it was a very good deal. The resolution and the high frame rate make it worth getting. I left it on overclock and changed some monitor settings and it been working great for the past year. Great for gaming on.

I had some doubts purchasing this product in regards of build quality etc. glad to say I wasn’t disappointed, the picture is brilliant for £150 and refresh rate of 240hz is incredible for the price. Smooth, bright and easy to use. Built quality isn’t the best but doesn’t really matter in terms of gaming. Stand is decently sturdy with some slight wobble side to side. But doesn’t affect me, even with a wobbly table.

Great monitor the picture is incredible and the refresh rate is life changing, the stand is alright but wobble if you have a wobble desk but on a solid desk it’s study. The 27 inch size is the perfect size for 1440p.

Great refresh rate and colours but was unable to get hdr working properly as whenever I tried it all of the colours seemed extremely washed and off but other than that if you don’t care about hdr it looks amazing with good performance to mach

Whilst I’m sure this monitor will be great for some, for me it wasn’t up to scratch. For starts, no matter what changes I made to the colour settings, there was either too much red or too much green. Not massive, but enough to be noticeably frustrating. And whilst it’s dimmer than some monitors, it strained my eyes to look at. Some colours also didn’t look right compared to other monitors I’ve used (an example being that yellow looked more like gold or off orange at times). The build and quality were fine, but it’s so so wobbly. Returned and bought something better

Great monitor for the price, 1440p at 240hz on an IPS is a SIGNIFICANT upgrade from my old 1080p at 144hz on a TN. The colours and brightness are a lot better, and my model has no issues with backlight bleed or ghosting. The box came with both a DP cable and an HDMI cable and was easy to set up. The stand is nothing special, but it holds the monitor fine, and I have had no issues with wobble or insecurity. Furthermore, the monitor is 100mm x 100mm VESA compatible, so you can use a monitor arm if the stand is not up to par with your setup. I would highly recommend this monitor, even at its standard price of 200 GBP; it would be great, but even better if you can get it on sale at 150 GBP. Both media and games look outstanding, and I have had no issues with it at all, 10/10

Screen randomly turns off while in use if set to over 144hz then turns back on again after a few seconds. I have seen another person online having the same issue. I play competative games and this issue makes it very difficult to play. This is not ok.

Der Monitor überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Die WQHD Auflösung ist auf 27 Zoll angenehm scharf und die hohe Bildwiederholrate sorgt für ein sehr flüssiges und angenehmes Nutzungserlebnis, sowohl im Alltag als auch beim Gaming. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Farbdarstellung. Farben wirken lebendig, präzise und natürlich. Auch die Farbraumabdeckung ist ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann den Monitor uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Écran conforme à mes attentes. La qualité d’image est très bonne pour du QHD, avec des couleurs bien équilibrées et une dalle fluide, idéale pour le gaming. Le taux de rafraîchissement élevé se ressent immédiatement, que ce soit en jeu ou en usage quotidien. L’écran est simple à installer, la finition est correcte et l’ensemble inspire confiance. Aucun problème particulier à signaler après utilisation. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un écran gaming dans cette gamme. Je recommande.

Possiedo questo AOC Q27G42ZE dal 4 aprile e il passaggio da un BenQ GL2480 a questo monitor è stato un vero salto generazionale. Uso il monitor sia per gaming competitivo che per titoli single player. Ho provato diversi giochi come Valorant, GTA V, Ghostwire Tokyo, Sifu, Minecraft e The Seven Deadly Sins Origin, e in tutti i casi la differenza rispetto al mio vecchio pannello è stata immediatamente evidente. Il passaggio al 27” WQHD si fa sentire soprattutto in termini di nitidezza e immersione: tutto è più definito senza diventare troppo pesante da gestire. Con la mia PowerColor RX 9070 XT Red Devil riesco a sfruttare bene la risoluzione 1440p mantenendo ottime prestazioni nei giochi che utilizzo. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più, però, sono i colori e la luminosità. In diverse recensioni avevo letto che questo pannello fosse un po’ “lento” o con colori spenti, ma nella mia esperienza non ho riscontrato nulla di tutto questo. Anzi, l’immagine è viva e piacevole già da subito, senza bisogno di grandi calibrazioni. Anche la reattività mi ha sorpreso positivamente: essendo un fast IPS mi aspettavo qualche compromesso più evidente sull’input lag, ma nella pratica il monitor risponde molto bene anche nei giochi competitivi come Valorant. Unico piccolo “difetto” che posso segnalare non riguarda il monitor in sé, ma la mia postazione: il piede non è regolabile in altezza e mi sono reso conto che per la mia scrivania avrei bisogno di un setup leggermente diverso per avere la posizione perfetta. In sintesi, per la sua fascia di prezzo lo considero un vero best buy. Un upgrade enorme rispetto al Full HD, soprattutto per chi vuole giocare sia competitivo che single player senza rinunciare a qualità visiva e fluidità.
