The fabric of the vest is very comfy and soft. It has a good balance between natural and sintetic material, making the touch very soft and cozy to the skin. It's not difficult to wear and I feel that it presses the body in a right ammount, not being uncomfortable like most of products of this kind. It holds everything on their places without making it hard to breath. I really recommend this product.

Go down a size from your normal. It fits a bit larger than normal. I got the medium and normally I’m a large. It functions well and comfortable with good compression. I am yet to wear it more often

It’s ok. It does hold you however the bottom part by the legs roll up and it’s not very comfortable. So for that it’s not the best. If you have thick thighs this may not be the best.

The first thing I noticed was how well it was package and not loose like some brands I used to get. I'm a small guy so the size chart is pretty accurate. Do not go over or under the size. I like the opening on the bottom for easy use of restroom. I don't have to take the whole thing off just to pee. I highly recommend this product if you want a tanktop with shorts all together giving comfort to your training.
