These are great for young athletes! My 12 yo son has had issues with occasional heel and knee pain as he grows and we have tried a couple of other inserts. While they have helped with the pain, he did not like how his foot felt in his cleats because of the extra heel height from the inserts. These inserts are comfortable for his feet, have great arch support and a nice heel cup without making his foot rise up in his cleats. They also are reasonably priced compared to other options.

Very thin inserts that dont impact the fit of your cleat. My son had intense heel pain and it went away after using these. The arch support is awesome. Very good insoles. My son used to have foot pain all the time and now he doesn’t. He plays soccer a lot and after cutting these to the right size he slid them into the cleats instead the original insoles that came with the shoes and voila-the pain is gone. The process of selecting them was super easy too. He just stepped on a piece of cardboard with a wet foot and the impressions his foot made matched of the options given in online.
