I like the size and how it works. I recently have been having wrist issues and this has come in handy to really help bring down wrist pain after a long day of typing. The size is good as it covers the whole forearm. It’s a little bulky but not so bad for an ice pack specifically designed for the wrist/forearm. The big thing- the beads inside are much more fun to play with than they should be. Haha. It provides some comfort and entertainment poking them around.

This gel pack is great. They are super soft and stay cold for a long time. More than the 20 minutes at a time I need them for. Easy to put on and take off. I bought two and am able to ice my wrists and continue doing things while wearing them.

It hard to put on but it works great for hot and cold.

Fits good but when heated, it cools off to fast, and when cold, it doesn't stay cool for long.

It's disappointing the velcro is set up where you have to put the soft side on your wrist. I've been using ice wraps for years, You need the beaded side to get enough coldness to do any good.The very soft side does not allow enough cold to reduce inflammation.I tried to do it backwards but the velcro won't work. Sad .

I'm a massage therapist and this is great for my swollen tendons in wrists. Cold only lasts for about 10 mins though which I wish was at least 20, but it does suit my needs. The velcro strap is a little hard to tighten without slipping, but overall good for the price!

Love the way it wraps around wrist and stays cold for longer than I expected. I have even slept in it with no discomfort. I have not tried it warm but love it so far.

It doesn’t stay cold very long. It doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything.
