I like the size and how it works. I recently have been having wrist issues and this has come in handy to really help bring down wrist pain after a long day of typing. The size is good as it covers the whole forearm. It’s a little bulky but not so bad for an ice pack specifically designed for the wrist/forearm. The big thing- the beads inside are much more fun to play with than they should be. Haha. It provides some comfort and entertainment poking them around.

the velcro is backwards, making it hard to attach to yourself.

I'm a massage therapist and this is great for my swollen tendons in wrists. Cold only lasts for about 10 mins though which I wish was at least 20, but it does suit my needs. The velcro strap is a little hard to tighten without slipping, but overall good for the price!

I didn't het the strap! I had to make my own. Unless I was supposed to order that separately?? Otherwise it stays cold long enough to do the job.

I had such hopes for this! Unfortunately the gel packs barely got cool, even after days in the freezer. The flocked side which goes against your skin was never cold at all. It was not possible to turn it over to put the gel side against your skin because then the Velcro couldn’t latch. Sadly, I bought 2, thinking that these were going to be exactly what I needed. I missed return date, so money down the drain. They did heat up in the microwave though. It didn’t last long, but I’m just trying to be fair about giving some credit where due.

This gel pack is great. They are super soft and stay cold for a long time. More than the 20 minutes at a time I need them for. Easy to put on and take off. I bought two and am able to ice my wrists and continue doing things while wearing them.

Never warm enough. Worked better to keep my wrist immobile. A lot of work to keep going to the microwave.. What heat I can get out if it only lasts a few minutes. I get the same effect from using a hot cloth and wrapping it in plastic to keep the heat in, actually it last longer. Would nit recommend for a chronic wrist pain.

Love the way it wraps around wrist and stays cold for longer than I expected. I have even slept in it with no discomfort. I have not tried it warm but love it so far.
