I decided to go darker because my natural is a 3-4. I noticed that this one covered my grays way better than the R8, but of course, it doesn’t look like a natural red color, I still like it and I get many compliments. My hair looks shinier and it makes the green from my hazel eyes pop. I didn’t was it yet, but I’m sure it will fade a lot. I use a “clendicioner” with color to help keep my hair red. I would recommend to keep the color on for double the time they suggest in the box. I used a plastic bag to keep it warmer so it could process the product faster and better and I think it helped.
