After using for only 2 weeks, I noticed the rubber handle on the lid slowly appeared to turn yellow, with marks all over the handle. These cannot be washed off, infact more marks appear with time. It is very disappointing that a brand new bottle has awful looking lid now. What is wrong with the quality? Can the manufacturer offer me a new lid?

This 20 oz hydro flask is perfect for my car cup holder. It fits snugly into the cup holder but not too snug to take it while driving. It also still had ice after sitting in my blazing hot car all day. I separately purchased the flex sip lid to make handling easy while driving. Love it!

I was very excited to try this bottle! Unfortunately, the ring came off the lid on my first use. Hoping it was a one-off and may consider trying another one from this brand.
