Been talking this vitamin every morning it works giving me energy all day, but I don't see that helps my hair or nails

Although a solid capsule, 1 isn't too hard to ask to take a day!
Easy to take! Yes it's a bit of a chunky capsule but not horrible to swallow since you only need one a day and that's very convenient. I can't really tell if it's doing anything, with this sorta stuff you kindo fjust take in good faith and home you'll me superwoman in a month or at least better off than you would've been without them... I do see my pee bright yellow which happens with vitamins/offing excess so that's good! Definitely not placebo then at least.

Pretty standard multivitamin
Disclaimer--multivitamins generally don't do much of anything for me. I'm not going to pretend this one is any difference, as after going through the whole bottle at the recommended dose, I haven't felt any different, and haven't had any effects. I will say though that the actual vitamin contents is better than other multivitamins I've tried, as there are a subtantial amount of mg for each one, so you're actually getting full servings and not just a minimum amount to where they can claim it's a multivitamin, without actually putting much into it. The pills themselves are pretty large, but that's normal. Overall not too much to say, I didn't notice a difference personally, but everyone's body is different, and contents wise this actually does edge out a good chunk of the competition.
