Same quality, lower price, great cinnamon.
This Ceylon cinnamon is as good as, and at a fraction of the price I’ve paid at spice vendors. And it’s organic. I should’ve thought of Amazon sooner. Same texture, aroma, and flavor as I’m used to. So if you enjoy this type of cinnamon I think you’ll be pleased if you try it. I certainly was.

Great, affordable, quality ceylon cinnamon
I can only comment insofar as to how it tastes in a bowl of plain Greek yogurt with granola, blueberries, and honey (the only time I use cinnamon outside of holiday cookie baking,) but it seems every bit as good as the ceylon cinnamon I buy from my local grocer, for a fraction of the cost. Imported from Sri Lanka, which is pretty much the home of ceylon cinnamon. Good resealable packaging. I'll surely be buying it again and again. Much tastier than common cassia cinnamon (more of a mellow sweetness, rather than bitter/spicy,) and safer to consume in larger quantities (>1g/day) as it contains only trace amounts of coumarin in comparison. Research has shown that excessive coumarin consumption can possibly cause liver damage and cancer. It's for this reason that I'd rather not go back to cassia cinnamon, despite the cost savings. (Did I mention that it tastes way better too?!) A side note: the grind is very fine, so it can be a bit of a mess to work with -- I recommend refilling (carefully) into a shaker jar.
