A positive outcome that I didn't expect was that it's helped my heart-rate. Before taking it, my resting HR was around 88bpm and my doctor was wanting to watch it a little closer. I am now halfway into my second bottle and ever since the day after I began taking it, I've been right around 74bpm on average. I have read that this is quite common as omega-3 fatty acids help lower blood pressure, resting heart rate, the risk of arrhythmia, sudden death and triglycerides. I have since purchased a few more bottles and will continue to take this brand as it really doesn't have a bad smell or taste at all. I also love that it comes in a glass bottle. Smells like strawberries when you open it and tastes like it too when placed on the tongue. Unlike with other DHA supplements, it's really tiny, easy to take and does not seem t cause any fishy burps. The only thing I would suggest to Garden of Life is to offer a bigger size...like a 90 day supply.
