Does it last longer in the fridge?** A: Yes, keep it in the fridge. I mainly make truffle butter, so I don’t use a lot at a time. Looking at the last time I ordered, it lasted about a 1 1/2 years, but I keep it in the fridge. It will turn to a semi solid state, so I let it come to room temperature, which doesn’t take long and then back in the fridge. **Q: What's the difference between this one and the 35 dollar set, aside from size (3.4 oz vs 8.45oz)?** A: I have both sizes (Have ordered the larger one more recently--seems to be a much better buy). The ingredients listed appear to be the same, but that would be a good question for the manufacturer to answer. The pouring spout is larger on the larger bottle.
