Very convenient
Love the convenience, dislike the fact it doesn’t come with an eraser

Bring notes with all your books
One of the bests automatic pencils on the go. Just clip it to your book and go. It's great, the clip could be more versitally and clip on a bigger variety of number of pages, but it has a specific size that need you to clip on pages as well as the front or back cover. The graphite could be thicker, since the ideia is use it on the go and a eraser on the click buttom wouldn't hurt. It's not perfect but a great deal for those who want to take notes on your books without bringing a lot with you and without leaving permanent marks on the books such those made with pens.

Colored pencils
They are colored pencils, and pretty good ones. The square shape is novel and keeps them from rolling away. The color quality is fairly good. They are just a bit more expensive than they should be as, they are made by Moleskin, which is my only complaint.

I love this, except for one major thing.
The pencil is great. It works great, it looks great, and I love how it easily clips on to my moleskine notebooks, but why didn't they just make it with an eraser? The reason you buy a pencil is so you can erase mistakes or change things up. For a company that prides itself on the marriage of functionality and design, this is kind of an overlook. Oh well, I can always carry an eraser around in my pocket, but it's pretty annoying having it remember it all the time. Aside from it not having an eraser, I'm quite happy with it. I've only had it for about a month, but I'm sure it will last for a very long time.

A great mechanical pencil
This is a great mechanical pencil. It's very light weight plastic, but it seems to be pretty rugged. So far, after about a month of use, it hasn't jammed, broken up the lead, or malfunctioned in any way. One thing to be aware of is that there is no eraser on this pencil. When you pull off the little clicker button, there's just a feeder tube for the lead. The best feature of this pencil is the shape. It's a flattened tube; it would be rectangular in cross section. This makes it very comfortable to hold without slipping or rolling in your fingers. It also makes it impossible to roll off of a desk, hit the floor, bend the tip, and smash the lead. Been there, done that...Bottom line: A great, functional, durable, and even attractive mechanical pencil.

I like them!
Yes, they are a little on the expensive side but sometimes you have to pay for a name on a product. I love these pencils and have purchased them in the past. When I write, I use them along with the sharpener and eraser exclusively. They feel great in my hand and last a long time in-between sharpening. I am sure I will place future orders once these are worn down. You may not like the rectangular feel and that is fair but if you try to get use to it, I think you will enjoy the feel as much as I do. A+

Expensive for a pencil but I like
This is expensive for a pencil. However, if you have a moleskine to begin with you enjoy quality and portability. This makes it easy to carry a pencil with the notebook without having to fumble in your bag. It stays on quite well and the pencil is good quality. Just don't lose the pencil sharpener, since the pencil is not a standard shape or size and won't really work in a regular pencil sharpener.

Good Sharpener, Poor Quality
This sharpener is one of the finest I've ever used when it comes to carpenter pencils. Gives them a workable point that isn't 3 inches of conical awkwardness. Unfortunately, a fatal design flaw means that after abut 5 pencils worth of sharpening, a crack develops along the front, where the pencil is inserted. Until this is fixed, it just means I'll have to keep buying more-- though I must wonder if this is the purpose behind the seeming flaw.Anyway, I'd recommend, but also beg Moleskine to improve the durability. Then again, I say the same thing about their notebooks, so I doubt much will happen.

Stylish and functional pencils
There are lots of pencils for sketching, and most of them are pretty cheap. These aren’t; however they represent really good value for money. They are square, and feel lovely in the hand. They each have little messages on them. They sit nicely in their little tin - a symphony of black and silver. The main question really is are they worth it? I’m a crazy old middle aged woman, trying to learn to draw to my own satisfaction, whose father was a trained artist who discouraged me as much as possible. So, now I’m old enough to do what the heck I like, I chose these pencils because I felt I deserved them. I don’t know if I draw better because I have them, but it’s often said that you should buy the best art materials/yarn/tools that you can afford. It’s certainly true that better yarn makes better garments, and I think that I got better results with these pencils than with the ordinary HB pencils I was using before. I certainly enjoyed myself. I think they’re worth paying for, and, of course, they will last for ages.

Ideal for Moleskine notebooks
The rectangular design means the pencils don’t roll and fit securely enough in the usual clip.I particularly like the results using the 2B pencil.

Love these pencils!
I ordered these pencils for drawing in my sketchbook, mainly for visualising ideas and storyboarding. I would start with the H pencil and work my way up to the darkest parts. The pencils are amazing quality, comfortable to hold, easy to sharpen with normal sharpener despite the squared shape.I’m also very impressed with the lovely minimalistic tin they came in, a beautiful storage solution.Overall very happy!

Not an essential purchase
Seemed like a good thing at the time, design is inspiring but not fit for purpose as the clip holder is either too small or to big, depending on the cover of your journal

Don't bother
Very poorly made, the clip is too tight and scrunches up the inside of the first page but also the leads jam on the tube. Mine is currently unusable as the leads will neither engage to use nor will they tip out to start again. Dreadful !
