Oh my gosh I Love this stuff!!! A cup a couple hours before bed and it's so calming!! It's bitter tasting and I love it!!

Very bitter but can be a requirement taste once drinking enough, do drink slowly as it is a Chinese medicine. The color is nice and the quality of it is quite strong for beginners.

the tea leaves are in a vacuum sealed package. When i tried the tea leaves they were great tasting.
