It seems to work as advertised, good product.
So far so good. Waited to review after having unit and using it a couple of times. Thus far I am very happy with the scooter. I gave it a full charge when I got it in the middle of may and have yet to put it back on the charger. You should wait when charging these units till it gets low in the red on the battery meter. I have bone on bone in my knees and one of my favorite past times is to visit the casino which requires some walking and this does the job that i could not have done otherwise. I did not think it would be as fast as it is but be careful once this gets it giddy-up mode it moves. I weigh 225 pounds and it does not seem to care and handles well. My wife is 74 and I am 76 and I take the seat off only and lower the joy stick we can handle with a little struggle to get it in the bed of my Ram with the battery in place and body assembly together.

The battery life
I love my purple scooter and I get so many compliments on it much more than my red and blue scooters I purchased before. I love the lights underneath and as well as the headlights and back up lights. The battery is exceptional and lasts a very long time as promised.

To low to the ground
It's alright but is very low to the ground. It gets hih-centered easily.

TOO SMALL FOR 5’ 2”!
The outer covering is flimsy plastic. The actual space between the seat and the stearing handles is cramped and so small that s ladies size 7 shoe cannot sit on the floorboard. While there are adjustable features, none of them impact the comfort and usability of the cart. I am 5’ 2” and my knees and feet don’t fit within the space provided. With a $100 delivery fee and $100 return fee, this becomes a poor choice.

We can not get the scooter started all it does is beep tell us what we are doing wrong . We cant find a number where we can talk to someone about it to get it started .
